MNC was hired by a young couple who were expecting their first baby and needed to modernize their historic SF home to accommodate a growing family. Located in the vibrant Castro neighborhood, this multi-unit building was built in 1889. In addition to a full kitchen remodel, this project involved structural engineering, a dining room and hallway refresh, as well as floor refinishing and installation of new windows throughout.
