Noe Valley Historical Restoration

This project involved the foundational reinforcement and renovation of a pre-1900 two-unit building.

In addition to exterior and interior renovation, MNC worked with the homeowners to redesign the living space within.

The full remodel of both units includes a rebuild of the sunroom and redesign of the attic space to incorporate two bedrooms and two baths.
